got a little bit done today :yahoo: that was after this happened this morning. i had to go pull him out next to the river. he popped the tire off the bead.

i cut the front of the frame horns off and cut my about 1/4 inch off my 1/4" x12x30 to slide it between the rails. im gonna bolt it in with 4 1 1/2" grade 8 bolts with washers and lock washers.

just cut the grill out or trim around the winch, plate across the top of the frame and angle cut your frame back...youll be alot happier with the end result and alot higher bumper that your not going to get hung up on everywhere.

i put mine up as high as possible to try and keep some approach angle.

as for the wheels i kind of like both, dont think you can go wrong either way...

here it was with gunmetal tri-bars
