I have the factory wiring diagrams. But there is not really a diagram just for the dash, since it has several different systems in it. What do you need?

Yellow/white goes to the fuel sending unit

Red/white goes to the coolant temp sensor

White/red goes to the oil pressure sensor

Black/lightgreen is key-on power to the gauges

Lightblue/red is the power for the illumination

Speaking of the dash, I just tried a little trick and it worked well. I have a 84 Bronco II also. In 84 they still had the old style radio with the knobs. My old radio didn't work correctly, I wanted a more modern radio anyway. I thought I would just take the 86 ranger cluster piece and put it in the 84, since they looked the same except the 86 had the large hole for the more modern style radios. Would not fit. They changed the warning/emissions light area between the two large gauge pods.

I got to looking at it, holding the plastic piece on was 8 screws top and bottom. In the middle of these screw positions was a black partition in the silver part of the plastic. Same with the 86. So what I did was held my breath and took both cluster bezels to a bandsaw and cut both right down this black divider area. So now I have 4 dash pieces. I took the 84 left piece and bolted it back in around the speedo with 4 screws, and then I took the right piece from the 86 ranger that had the modern radio hole and the HVAC control area in it and used 4 screws to bolt it in on the right. It worked great. You can't even tell where I cut the dash in two, except if you look close you will see a parting line on the very top and the very bottom where there is a continuous chrome stripe around the OD of the pieces. I then was able to install a modern radio, and I think it was easier and the factory modern radio hole is much cleaner looking that I could have done by hand.

I'm mounting my gauges on thick plexiglass. I cut the center cluster out of my dash and will fit Plexi in its place. Going to cover Plexi with a carbon fiber decal

What wire goes to 4x4 light?
In 1984 it was a light blue wire. The 4x4 light was fed with 12v key-on power from fuse 6, 15 amp. That fuse also feeds the cruise control, digital clock, and the light out warning system. A white/pink wire feeds the 4x4 light 12v at all times the key is on from fuse 6, but the light is not grounded. It is grounded through the lightblue wire, which goes to the switch on the transfer case. So when the transfer case is in 4x4, the switch grounds the lightblue and the light comes on.
