That'll work, if you want it full width.

Looks like the b2 is going full width! Is the only place to get long arms for that axle james duff? That is the only part of the sas im worried about is the arms and where to mount them...

James Duff, Bronco Graveyard, Tom's Bronco Parts, there are plenty companies producing custom arms. The problem is the price, who in their right mind spends that much money, when you can build them yourself from $0-$250...

You could always build it a full-bump, then lift it to ride height to figure track bar and tie rod length.

My point exactly! Would I need the original arms to build off of?

Build it with it stuffed all the way up?

Yes, with the front caps.

Yes, if you wanna, but the common way to do it is a ride height, and cycling the suspension to check clearance.

Can you elaborate on building at full bump? How would you do this? Take out the coils, set it on the bumpstops, then make arms? What about caster?

Yes caster camber and toe would all have to be set at ride height.

It's a simple idea, but if your lost, just build it at ride height.

Not to try and whore my build thread, but I just went thru SASing my ranger, and dealt with pretty much all of your questions, including layout and building radius arms. I know I am definitely not the only one, not the first, and not the best build thread, but I have lots of pictures, don't mind questions, and I didn't know a whole lot going in, so it may help you out!
Build thread ---> http://therangerstation.com/forums/showthread.php?t=132552
SAS starts out on page 5
