I looked it back up, they call the CFI a 2bbl so that is where I got my wires crossed. CFI is 5-3/8" diameter hole, 2bbl and 4bbl carb has 5-1/8". It was 2 years ago I went thru all this...CFI air cleaners actually have a bigger diameter hole but you're right, they won't fir on a carb. I use air cleaners off 2 barrel carbs on my Holleys.
What are the real differences in the dual snorkel air cleaners?
OK, I know the dual snorkel was used '82-'85, both 4v and CFI. I know each was slightly different. My question is; what is really different from one to another? I know some are different heights, etc., but which is correct for which application?
