Yep. Dad and I both have been using it for a few years. Works good on deer and pigs both. I've heard it works good on coyote too, but I haven't had a chance at one of those yet.

Make sure you get one with the SPC II or similar chamber. There was an error in the original SPC chamber drawings, that's why the SPC II came about and it has much better performance.

It works good with standard off the shelf SPC ammo, but it's kinda week so it can be used with the original SPC chamber. I personally use 115gr Federal Fusion and it works great. If you reload it really shines.

The 6.5 Grendel is kind of similar, you might check into it too.

Between the two personally I went with the Grendel.
