Ok all have been looking at the forum now for a while and mileages seen all over. Ranges look like 11 to 12 towing to 17 to 18 around town. Well I just got excited the other day after my last fill-up checked the mileage numbers to compare with the truck computer which has all ways been within 1 mpg more or less than my calculation numbers and this time I had an increase fuel mileage on 6.7 powerstroke. Towing 14 K camper on Interstate 65-70 MPH truck advised 12.3, this was up from 11.6 Around town my mpg went up from 17.3 to 19.3? When I filled up I doubled check the computer with math and it the same (within the 1 mpg difference above). So my question was what changed? Than I noticed the cetane rating had changed from 45 to 50. I have always used an additive to clean and boost cetane but have never seen an increase like this. Anyone else out there finding the same thing? And if so how much did yours improve? Thanks to all, enjoy the reading!

In theory, theory and practice are the same. In practice, they are different.

Must be home brew. Transverse mount? Battery and turbo in the rear? Probably a 12" diameter exhaust tip for higher performance. It's got to be a beast.

Nope. 2.0 SPI, 2.0 Zetec and 2.3 Duratec in the Gen1 (2000-2004). And I remember the engine bay being pretty tight with the Zetec under the hood. a 6.7 V8 would be a REALLY tight fit, if it fit at all. Even the SVT Focus only got the 2.3.
