Finally got my 5.0 swap running great. the truck makes good power but coming from a performance based background i cant help but notice how stupid the factory manifolds are on my 5.0. The engine is a 2001 explorer, stock intake cam just tune and off road exhaust. since the engine has the gt40p heads with the angled plugs that limits my header choices greatly but i am curious if anyone knows what ones clear the steering gearbox/shaft with no issues. i love the power it has now but i feel it has a lot more potential and want to do headers first then cam and possibly a eaton m112 blower or turbo. the body and chassis is a 94 and the engine and is a 2001. Thanks!
