I have got a 89 bronco 2 and was looking into a 4bt swap and need as much info as I can get. what all do you have to change and do to be able to do this swap. any other information would be appreciated, thanks.

The 4BT is heavy and TALL. I have an ISB170 (common rail 4BT) in my 08 Dakota.

The weight was a bit more than the 4.7L that came out which was not much of a problem but the height was the real issue.
I had to do a 3" body lift and drop the diff (IFS) 2" just to get oilpan clearance.
Also had to heavily mod the pan.
There are lots of Cummins swap forums that you may get more info on. Its a cool swap.
