Maybe he means he'll pay someone $1500 to take it.
I do however, like the innovative way he mounted the spare tire.
Keeps the cover in place during hard acceleration.

Rusty it's not "WHAT IT IS" it's "HOW IT IS".

The engine looks like it's just sitting in there propped up with 2x4s and the description literally reads " needs one of everything ".

At best your buying an old 460 and some ranger parts, not a 460 powered ranger.
