Need help figuring out what to do for sway bar links... I fabricated some rear sway bar links from a 1995 f250 to work in the front, but it’s not ideal... anyone have any ideas?

All-thread. If you want to go overboard on strength, get some o-1 drill rod of the correct diameter, and thread the ends with a die.
