Hi ive been having issues with an 89 bronco 2 with the 2.9 v6 that just cranks and wont start I found this today. Is this electrical connector on the front of the left cyl head my cam sensor? It has a 3 prong outlet wired to it Idk whats going on here

No, thats for a block heater. Somewhere there is a frost plug that has the end to fit. The other regular end goes to an extension cord and plugs to household current.
