I have a 2000 ford ranger 3.0 4x4 5 speed. I have read forum after forum i want to do the pulley kit. I need very basic info please what size pulley should i go with many places offer pulleys of various sizes i don't know the performance gains of the different sizes. Where are you finding different sizes?
Personally, I wouldn't use anything more than 10% underdrive, and even at 10%, your alternator could struggle to keep up if you have lots of electronics.
