3.0 Misfire at idle

I have a 2000 Ranger 3.0 auto that I just got. It runs and drives fantastic at highway speed, good consistent power. When I go to stop it shudders and idles rough and does the same when I take off, like it’s bogging. This only happens when it’s warmed up.
- plugs and wires changed
- MAF sensor cleaned
- idle air control valve cleaned
- no check engine light except for the day I brought it home for P0171 and not again since
- truck has good compression and starts quickly and easily

any suggestions what it could be?

um did you replace the coil ? also is there no misfires at higher rpms or like a studder in the higher rpms ?
