I did a search and can only find aftermarket radiator suggestions for the V-8 conversions.

Does anyone offer an aluminum radiator with electric fan setup for a '99 3.0?

Thanks in advance!

I found mine on ebay 150 something. Amd no there is not a great aftermarket fans but people like the ford Taurus fans I got a PT cruiser fan on my had to cut couple of ears off and fit nice. The PT cruiser fan came with it's own relays. I gave one wire hooked to temp sensor at 160 turn on and the other to ac/switch.

What did you do for the water pump? Just take the stock fan off of it?

Yes, fan clutch just unscrews, water pump pulley is bolted on separately, so removing mechanical fan doesn't effect water pump setup

Fan clutch removal tool set can be rented or purchased for about $10
Tool set has a wide wrench that slides over 3 of the 4 bolts holding the water pump pulley on to the water pump, this keeps water pump from turning when you put the smaller mouth wrench on the clutch nut

I believe the 1999 3.0l will have reverse threads on fan clutch, it should say on the fan shroud, which means you turn the clutch nut Clockwise to loosen it
