2011 Fuel Tank pressure Sensor location

2011 Ranger 4.0 liter
I am have 2 codes P0452 and P0454. I need to know the location of the FTP sensor so I can check the wiring. The voltage of the sensor is all over the place on my scan tool so I am thinking bad wires. Anybody have any experience with chasing this problem down

I have never messed with this before, but I am getting hints that it's part of the sending unit on the tank from this picture. I will attach the picture and the key to the numerical descriptions is below.

Thanks for the diagram I think the sensor is in line on line #7 just trying to figure out where to look for it
