Hockey pucks for 1" lift, eh. Bolt supply shop for 12 bolts 1" longer than stock
If I remember correct, there are 2 long bolts in bed which can replace short ones if you don't mind mixed bolt heads (hard to find Torx 55 bolts). I can't remember if the box bolts work in cab/vice versa or not.

Final thoughts on these wheels just as temps to get me by? It's either get these guys on there or just use my stock rims with some new KO2's or Duratracs

I'm always leery of this kind of used tires... most times the current owner is just sick and tired of the wobbely unbalanceable mess they have become. For a dedicated off road rig... maybe

The thread that just won't die...

Update:

So the lift and tires are on the way. 2.25" Pro-comp keys, add-a-leafs for the rear, new u-bolts and Bilstein 4600 shocks. The tires are the 33" duratracs. Instead of doing it myself I've just got 4wheelparts doing it for me.

Just got a couple more questions, I can't seem to find a great diagram for my HVAC system on my truck. I've got my Vacuum reservoir and I can't find it's factory location for some reason. So while messing around, I just temporarily hooked it up - it didn't seem to fix my lack of ventilation control. That leads me to believe I have a vacuum leak in one of the lines but I'm having a hell of a time trying to trace it out. Seems like it goes between the back of my engine and my firewall and I just can't seem to get my hands in there or above my engine easy enough. Any ideas??

Also, I'm just looking for the new A/C clutch, just the coil and the plate part - but there's nothing that's reasonable priced up here in Canada it seems. I'm searching for people who are parting out their Rangers and they never seem to have the A/C clutch parts left over. Is there other Ford models that use the same part? Perhaps explorers from the same era?

So here it is, out fitted, with my lady behind the wheel all stoked. It's probably one of the worst photos I've managed to take of it. But none the less, have the 285/75/16 Duratracs, 2.25" pro-comp keys, add-a-leaf int he rear and the Bilstein 4600 shocks. There's some rubbing at full crank, hitting my sway bar a bit. But some 1.25" wheel spacers should do the trick I think.

Managed to fix my heat up too, turns out those vacuum reservoir's are actually direction (it had my stumped with the connection).

Just need to do replace my a/c clutch still and then maybe figuring out a small issue with my audio. Other than that, I'm pumped. Thanks for all the help along the way fellas.

Here's a few more photos. I realize that my fender flares don't match... I really think it'd stand out less IF I find myself with a metal front bumper in the future. Any recommendations on those? I really don't need a winch or anything crazy.

I like it...

You went a bit further in the front then I care to go. You'll just have to see how well the axles ball joints/bushings like it.

I would suggest looking at the Affordable Off Road website for bumpers,

Nice truck. I like the color.

I recently bough a rear bumper from affordable offroad, which is pretty nice. I have also heard other say good things about them on here.

There was also someone who posted about an AOR cone on amazon that seem pretty good too.
