guy is probably here working from mexico. i would say definitely, but this truck has real plates on it so he could just be an older guy from the rio grande valley (where spanish is the primary language still).

its here in town so if someone wants it looked at, i can check it out sometime. it might not be for sale for long though as they normally haul all four and six cylinder cars to the free trade bridge and sell them to guys across the border
