2002 F250 4x4 Power Stroke.Transfer Case

My F250 4x4 7.3.6 speed manuel transmission.Manuel Shift Transfer case.My I.D. tag is missing off case.Can I identify transfer case by.V.I.N? Or does anyone know what the exchange is?Mine is shot I have a chance to get a used out of a 2001 which is a NewProcess N P271

OP, ask your question on POWERSTROKE.org or one of the many other forums that deal with Powerstroke's.

Other guy, don't shift into 4WD at 55mph, or at least keep the t- case serviced and full of fluid.
