Well in his case, it looks like he simply plugged the satellite radio into his auxilary input. It's that wire that goes into the front of his head unit. That satellite radio looks like it's one of those universal units that you plug intp your aux. input if you have an aftermarket stereo, or use one of those crappy FM-modualtors if you have a factory stereo. If you have a satellite radio-ready head unit, you buy a tuner (a little box that you can hide anywhere) that works specifically with your brand head-unit and then you use the head-unit to control it.

Exbass94 is correct I used the 'Aux In' feature. If you don't have an 'Aux In' feature I recommend buying an after market radio. This impacts quality big time. I used Sirius Sporter 4 since it comes with a pretty good holder and it has replay upto half an hour prior. The hole next to the airbag on and off switch I used for the platform. The hole, plastic piece, is very easy to remove so I can install the platform that holds the satellite radio. Once removed I used home depot plexy glass as the platform. I doubled up on the plexy glass to make it more secure and bolted it to the the plastic. Works great.
