My Ranger has 214k miles, bought it with 201k all original everything! Now has a few upgrades I did myself. I have owned it since Jan 2022. Basically mint condition, inside and out. Manual everything! Locks, windows, Transmission....wish the 4x4 selector was manual too. After I got the truck, I started realizing how "Original" this truck was.....still has factory stickers (paper) on the inside of fender wells, motor still has paper stickers on motor. Motor had never even been apart once at all! ( NO OIL LEAKS) Maybe new plugs, but that's it! Soooo.....I was like, I'm changing water pump and timing chain.
Found a folder in the back passenger seat side panel....the original owner had saved all receipts (new tires, clutch and oil changes) and had his phone number on one of those......SOOOO, I called him! Turns out, that was his actual number. (I bought it from "kid" who only had it for 3 months and then he found out he was getting deployed) Anyway, called the guy and he told me the truck was kept in a garage with AC for 21 years!!!!
That's my introduction....
