hey all i have 2 m5od-r1's for sale! one is a 92 m5 from a ranger with 110k on it and the second is a m5od-r1hd from a 2002 explorer sport trac, with 89k miles on it! both are 4x4 and in great shape!

picked up a pair of r1 hd's for my supercharged '90 after i swapped the 4.0 into it used the donor from the 92, then swapped the blower and a the first r1 hd into it

id like to get 500 for the 1992 m5od-r1
and id like 600 for the 2002 m5od-r1hd ill take pics when I get home!

yes sorry, both 4.0's one ohc one ohv but there interchangeable that way

I have, it’s not the most simple thing for sure.. definitely can be pricy! But I can get you a quote

Cheapest I could find was $450 to Scranton pa, could be cheaper if you have access to a dock or a forklift, some commercial address

I received a motor shipped using Fastenal, they aren't into the shipping business but they do it to keep their trucks from running half empty all the time. Their terms are you shrink wrap it completely strap it to a pallet WELL, must be totally handleable as a palletted entity, deliver it to the closest Fastenal branch, sit back and wait forever, and then on the other end pick it up at Fastenal branch. No loose parts, nothing that can come loose. It takes a lot longer than DHL/Yellow/etc - the true freight handlers, but it is cheaper.

You MUST be able to deliver it and receive it as a palletted unit - no breaking down the pallet in the alley behind Fastenal and hand loading etc. May not go to the very nearest Fastenal as it will go to one with a loading dock. Pictured below is my 1948 carrying home her new heart from the Aurora CO Fastenal.

do you have a shifter from the r1-HD? just replaced my transmission and whent from a non hd to an hd so need a shifter. thanks!
