Anyone ever do an in engine bay turbo on a 2.9 I would love pics. The next question anyone know what amount of boost the stock intake would take safely as a dd. I want to run about 10 to 15 lb of boost with a t 3 I'm thinking that if I take the altnator and move it where the ac is. Mount the turbo where the altnator was for piping placement and the least amount of turbo lag after the motor has been torn down and built to handle the boost

I would think that you could run a small turbo from another car. You not going to get away with a T04 but who knows. Where are the weak links where a turbo would be an issue?
