I have a 2007 Ford ranger five-speed 2.3 L it has 126,000 miles and once in a while it won’t start and it gives me a pats code 1:6 i’ve checked the grounds relays and everything I can think of if I unplug the PCM and wait a minute and plug it back in it will fire right up and runs for a few days when it gets close to acting up again it will randomly stall through a battery and check engine light but fire right back up now after a day or so of this it will shut off and Pats Will activate and I have to start the process over again please help

It's up there.

Tire Size
Round.
My credo
I poop in the furnace.
Test the battery first, then test for voltage drop on the cables. The system is extremely sensitive to voltage fluctuations, a dying battery or bad cable can cause all sorts of seemingly random havoc.
