1999 Ranger Supercab 4.0 4X4 purchase

Bought this about a month ago to just tinker with. Biggest things so far are new tires and upper and lower Moog ball joints.
Replaced all the lights in front and new grill, it had chrome and I wanted black. Some new switches inside, still need to replace
both door lock actuators. It's a retired guys work in progress.

Looks like a straight truck

Has the 4.0l OHV engine, used in Rangers from 1990 to 2000, good reliable engine but NEVER allow it to overheat, PULL OVER
They have a weak spot between valve seats that will crack if the head metal gets to hot and expands too much

Rangers got the 4.0l SOHC in 2001 to 2011, quite a different engine, so just a heads up, Googling "Ranger 4.0l" can get mixed results, lol
