1999 ranger 4.0 swap into a 1994 ranger 3.0

Would I have any problems swapping a 1999 4.0 into a 1994 3.0 if I have the whole donor vehicle?

No, but its almost the same swap as doing a V8, but you still have a V6

Engine and transmission, computer and engine wiring harness
1994 4.0l has the EDIS-6 Spark module, don't forget it in the swap

I thought of that. I can't beleive I am having such a hard time finding a good replacement 3.0
