1999 4.0 OHV Ranger wire organizers for top of valve covers?

I'm painting my 1999 4.0 valve covers and all of the wire organizers are missing.

Does anyone have photos of what should be in each of the pushin holes?

And/or know where to find replacements?

That's probably the only source for a part like that. Photos no. It just start with 3 on the back and goes down as go forward.
