Depends what you're trying to achieve with the lift. Will it be a daily driver or a truck to do some off-roading in? Here are some options;

3" Body Lift - About $200 and about a long days or weekends worth of work. Suspension geometry is unchanged so the truck drives similar to stock.

Front Lift Only

3" Spindle Lift - About $500 (Fabtech) and an hour or two to install. Retains a stockish ride. Cuts down steering radius.

2"-3" Coil Spacers - About $30-$40 without shocks. Might be a pain to install depending on your spring compressors and patience. TRUCK WILL MORE THEN LIKELY DRIVE ROUGHER. Might also stress out the upper ball joints.

Rear Lift Only (All require new shocks)

Blocks ($50ish - Ebay or Amazon)

Shackles ($50 - Belltech 6400)

Add-A-Leaf ($50 - Fabtech)

Hope this helps a little!
