So I have a 1996 Ford ranger super cab 4x4 with the twin traction beam front end 4.0 5 speed manual transfer case. I replace the upper, lower ball joints, tie rods, installed redhead steering box, James duff pivot bushings and radius arm bushings. Moog camber caster bushing, rough country leveling coils and shocks, new brakes, rotors, wheel bearings, and calipers. Took it to the alignment shop today and it's still pulling to left after they got everything back in the green. What would be causing this? Straight steering is very tight and more responsive than ever before just pulls to left if let go of steering wheel

Your alignment chart doesn't look all green to me? The toe is a easy adjustment, why did they not bring it in? And while the other adjustments are in the green, they are not very close. The caster being off side to side is going to make it pull.

If you want to experiment with it yourself, swap the front tires side to side, just to make sure there is nothing going on there. Stranger things have happened.

My credo
In theory, theory and practice are the same. In practice, they are different.
Could be brake caliper sticking on left side. That could be caused by bad caliper or old brake hose.

Looking at your alignment sheet, it shows that all they did on your truck was a "toe-&-go", which can be an indicator of incompetence and/or laziness, especially given what the other figures on your sheet are (simply being "in the green" does not always make it correct).

You have too much caster angle difference between the two sides (Ford spec for caster difference I recall is 1.0° or less, but apparently the alignment software your shop is using doesn't look for and flag that).
The right-side caster angle of 5.4° is good, but the left-side caster is too little relative to the right (left-side caster angle should be more around 4.8-5.2° if the right side is 5.4°).

Have you taken it back to the shop and asked them to redo it yet?

No I haven't I dropped my car off shortly after to get it aligned and it feels funny too I think I'm going to find me a good alignment shop they are becoming hard to find. I told them about it that said that's odd and they didn't know why it's like that

You need to find a shop(I am assuming they are still out there) that try to correct the problem you are having, just don't do an alignment and give it back to you. You will know these shops, because they will take the keys and go on a test ride. When they get done with it, before they give it back the tech will go on a test ride again.

Going to drop it back off they said they will recheck the alignment so fingers crossed it gets fixed
