Hey Ranger folks! I finally got the videos going on the engine rebuild in my 92 Ranger. I went through a total engine rebuild, and here is the second episode on the truck, the first one of the rebuild- highlighting the engine removal. Enjoy and let me know what you think.

The rebuild project continues! In this episode, I tear down the engine and get it ready to go to the machine shop.

Here is a short episode on reinstalling the master clutch cylinder and bleeding it properly. Work on the rebuild continues!

I haven’t watched this yet but want to, replying so I can find it easier. lol. I had a bad head on my 94, and my junkyard head was cracked as well- every valve seat had multiple cracks. I think its from thermal cycling, the dual-plug head doesnt have as much metal as it should in the right places.

I painted the engine! Look closer- that is a Ford color on there- Ford Red for tractors.
