This literally has to be the worst mounting design I've ever seen. Any advice, short of removing everything around it, to remove the bolts that come from underneath that hold the fuel pressure regulator on a 1989 2.3L? I'm considering drilling the bolts (the mount is a triangle shape with one bolt on each of the three corners) and putting a nut on the bottom side. I don't even know what style of head this bolt is, be it torx, Phillips, etc. So frustrating to see this level of stupidity, when it would have been simple to let the bolts tighten from the top side.
