I recently bought an 1988 Ranger STX and I'm doing some restoration work. It has the fancy breadbox center console with a neat little display to tell you if you have any lights burned out, low fuel, or oil pressure problems. The only catch is one of the previous owners seems to have removed the harness that goes somewhere under the dash (maybe?) for it to work. I'm curious what exactly this is supposed to plug into and if anyone knows where I can find a replacement harness. I would imagine this goes to the OBD-1 port but I have nothing else to go on there.
I haven't had any luck finding the harness so far, so I imagine I'll need to make something custom. But since it's missing completely I have no idea what it's supposed to plug into. Anybody know where this is supposed to go?
