There were similar aftermarket ones floating around too. Factory brackets like like at least 3/16"> Found the brush guard/grill guard you've been looking for. It's attached to this truck.
I think they were a factory option, I had one on one of my B2s, I took it off because it was too wimpy. The guard itself was "okay", but, the mounting tabs to the factory bumper were just barely one step above sheet metal, I doubt it would stop a deer at 20 MPH.
Very few bolt on things will stop a deer at speed. Pretty much the best you can look for is to keep them out of the radiator.
