very odd for a 3/4 ton. seen a few F150’s that way back in the day. Overall there werent that many supercabs in the ‘70’s. Nice truck, wouldnt mind driving a 460, I’d just hate feeding one. We had a ‘77 F250 reg cab back in the day. It had a 400, C6 and 4.10’s with full time 4wd. absolute pulling and snowplowing beast. 9 mpg though, no matter how gently you drove it.

They didnt sell many, but i have seen a few.

73-79 F series trucks are the pinnacle of perfection for pickups.
