Kinda mulling going to a 16" tire for more options/availability. White wagon wheels would be a period correct thing... but I can not find them in a 4.5" boltpattern and 16" diameter. Anyone know of anyone that makes them?

Not white wagon wheels... a play maybe on a set of Alcoas.

Edit... those are 15's. I'm pretty sure you can get 16's

did you check summit or jegs online catologs? I considered something like that too for mine but just seemed so pricey for a basic steel wheel. I remember when white spokes were about $30/rim, now a 15 x 7 is nearly $70. If you do end up with a set, run a bead of clear silicone at the point where the center stamped section meets the outer rim shell- thats where they will want to rust first. Id have no issues running trailer rims, as long as the weight rating wasnt exceeded there shouldnt be a problem.

I wonder why.

When I was looking for wheels for my trailer, I never found 16” wagon wheels in 5x4.5” ... They may exist.

I have thought about AR Baja's as I would love Alcoas... not sure how they would look being a 16" though. I know the 16" alloys can look kinda "big" on an older Ranger.

My hope with the wagon wheels being a little more subdued is that they wouldn't look as big... I am kinda flopping in the wind here.

Yeah, you select 16", 5x4.5 and white... and a bunch of white import car crap comes up.

BBwheels.com has a huge selection, may have to sift through them all

I know what you mean... I've seen "that" before... the factory 16's look a little out of place.

Here is what I do know about 4WP... I bought my wheels and tires there last year... around tax time. The deals they had with sale prices and rebates... free shipping and they pay sales tax. It added up the pretty big savings. If you aren't in a super big hurry... might be worth watching..
