So, Recently after doing my duraspark mod and the 10 tooth starter. It ran and worked perfectly.
Today, I went to start my truck and I stalled it out because she was too cold to start driving (Still working on the choke/high idle system) and when I went to start it up I could hear the starter grind and I got under the truck and the teeth were fine. I noticed the starter was still engaged with the flywheel. I then unplugged the coil and cranked it and when I stopped cranking it would make a clunk sound. The starter was still stuck. I am mainly asking if yall have had this issue and how to fix it. I had this happen before but it was because the starter was misaligned and with the 9 tooth. I will be taking the starter off and re-seating the drive and putting it back.
