I'm looking for the rubber Bushing in the manual transfer case linkage, circled in this photo (not my photo):

49439

Can anyone help me find a part #? T-Case exploded parts diagram does not include extension housing and shift linkage....

My credo
A properly suspensioned Ranger can be safely airborne for up to 4 seconds at a time! =:O
OMG, it's not just the bushing, that whole unit is trashed, along with the manual t-case shifter. You best swap it out for an electrically-shifted unit. What else are you stuck with? A 31-spline Torsen rear end? That's "expired", and in a very unsafe state at this point. I'd hate to see a fellow TRS Member get injured by that kind of "obsolete" hardware, so I'll take it in as a "core charge", and get you fixed up with some suitable and SAFER replacements... I just hope it's not too late already! Oh yeah, you're probably also stuck with that long angle-back shifter on the main tranny, which has crippled dozens of Ranger owners... throw that in the crate too, I'll get you an RMA # and you just ship it all to me.
