i have been hunting for this for a long time, literally the final piece to my swap. the 1989+ manual transmission + manual transfer case shifter boot. i posted this before but to no avail, hopefully someone else may have one or know where one is in a junkyard, a yard sells a shifter boot for about 3$ I’d be willing to pay 20$ or 30$ to get this entire boot and bezel, i don’t need the metal plate in the floor as i cut my own, works excellently! they came in 89-97 Rangers, 91-94? Explorers, and the 02/03 FX4 level II package rangers. here are some pictures for reference, the first picture is a 91 and the second is a 97. would really be awesome i’ve had a hole in the floor for months!(last picture):D

That set-up is vey rare. You could use a regular 5 speed bezel and boot then modify something for the transfer case. Or possibly find a ranger 5 speed and get the bezel and boot and possibly modify the cup holders and use it. I will dummy this in the one I converted to 5 speed that I'm giving to my grandson and finishing up.

I agree on the price. I just installed the complete set-up. Shifter ,lever , floor plate and all boots . I thought the price of 100.00 was reasonable ok. But 50.00 for shipping was high. Did locate the bezel and all boots , 50.00 plus 20.00 for shipping, bought it too. I have contacted over 30 yards. They are hard to find. Took the factory plate and put it over a plate I had and cut it out , so I have a second set - up for future use. Good luck. Most of the yards that showed having them had already scrapped the vehicles.
