So the problem I'm having is I had to get an exhaust manifold that didn't have any gr valve port because the EGR valve tube was completely broken and I could not find another one that was in a condition...

    Hi all, My 2.3 suddenly lost power (didn't quit) here a few days ago. Dist was worn inside on contacts, replaced. New plugs and wires as well. Confirmed spark on all 4 cylinders. Checked pulse on injectors 1, 2 and 3, electrical good there. New low and high pressure pumps, confirmed they work...
  3. Trouble with fuel system??

    2004 Ford ranger. I had the tank replaced bc a hole. After this I have had trouble when filling the tank. No matter how full or empty the tank is the gas comes bubbling back out. It's like it's under pressure then after pumping about 1/4 a gallon to 1/2 a gallon it starts clicking the pump off...

    I have done a recent top end rebuild on my 2.9L and cannot get it to start. I have replaced several sensors, the fuel pressure regulator and water pump. I cleaned the injectors and purged them with compressed air and a battery. I get good fuel spray from all cylinders in order with the plugs...
