I guess the "loophole" for not having to sell (the FED.god inspired/subsidized SCAM known as) E10 is to market pure, unadulterated petrol as "recreational" fuel, e.g. for boats, ATVs, etc. This "pure gas" is marketed (in FL anyway) as 'REC90' (recreational fuel, 90 octane).
