Vehicle won't start , Replaced Fuel pump relay , replaced fuel Pressure regulator , Replaced ECM , Low voltage at fuel pump , Will fire up up by squirt gas in Throttle body- jerry marshall

Question/ Need Help
I’m not well with knowing my truck, I have a ‘97 ford ranger 2.3L 2wd. I have a bench seat (not a 60/40 it’s the full seat). I don’t mind to reupholster it but will a ‘92 ranger kit from LMCTruck be compatible or what can I replace it with? Thank you!- TeejD
