Ford Tachometer calibration
I found a tachometer cluster from a 1994 ranger 4.0 manual, and wanted to use it on my 1994 2.3l manual. The cluster worked with no modification, but the tach was about 200 rpm off. M50D-R1 slip yoke (output shaft) solution
Ford still sells the larger slip yoke: F6ZZ4841BA The old slip yoke has been discontinued: E8TZ4841F To make the new slip yoke work, you need a conversion or "bastard" u-joint.
