ok ill start by saying ive never owned a 4x4 vehicle before I bought a 2001 Ford Ranger Edge 4x4 last friday and was wondering whats the differance between 4-high and 4-low? ALSO Do I need to be at a stop to change from 2wd to 4-high or 4-low? Any Info is welcome and thanks in advance

Im not sure where to post this, but i was just wondering How much does it roughly cost to get a Regular cab 2001 Ford Ranger's Windows Tinted. I live near Reading, PA if that makes any differance i think PA laws state that it cant be any darker then 70% (Which kinda sucks balls but whatever)...
