I am looking at replacing my trans. with one from a 1998 4.0 Explorer donor. I am told it is a 5R55E. Now my question is do I need anything else from the donor like the computer? Any tips would be appreciated.

By using my GPS I have found that my speedo is off (low) by 5mph at a reading of 30 mph (actual speed is 25 mph), 3 mph low at 40 mph but at 60 it is right on and stays right on til about 70 mph. I was told that there was a shift kit installed but the seller knew little more than that. Anyone...
