    Clutch rod riddle

you can get the air of the master without removing it from the truck. The best way that I've found to do it, is to remove the rod from the master and immediately put it back in. There is a snap ring that holds it in. Fluid will splash out so be sure to cover up, or pull back your carpet...

Have you been here for 15 or 20 years or more?

I joined in January of 2003, just a couple weeks after getting my 1992 Ranger. One of my friends had a 1998 Ranger and he had told me about the forum months prior.

    dear Rusty......

For 10 years now. The propane heater I replaced would go through a whole tank itself between April and October. That's $1000. My current electric tank does not use that much in electricity. If my county actually gave a shit about their residents I would tap into natural gas. But they don't...

    dear Rusty......

About 350 gallons, 500 gallon tank. I just run my furnace. When i first bought my house i had a propane water heater too, that alone used a tank a year. I switched that to electric when it went out.

    dear Rusty......

an old coworker of mine was renting an old farmhouse that had a gas well on the property, old windows and no insulation and they kept that place at 75 all winter long :icon_rofl:

    dear Rusty......

funny because I hopped on my computer just now to pay the $200 lease fee I have to pay every year because I don't use enough propane. I put a lot of work into making my house more efficient, and burn a lot of wood, and these MFers gotta penalize me for it. I would buy my own tank if everything...

Cool old Ranger/Lightning/Cleveland browns promotional poster

Back over the summer I was looking for my old Hot Wheels at my parents house. I came across a bag of rolled up posters that were my Dads and Grandfathers. My Grandpa worked for ford, he died in 1996 a year after he retired. I found a lot of cool racing posters from the 90s, but this one, this...

    Wanted 1983-1992 Seat Brackets

Just an FYI, 89-92 Brackets are different than 83-88. 89-92 had an extra hump in the floor where the front of the seat bracket bolts.

    Rusted A-Pillars

Seems common to me lol. I don't think it has anything to do with the windshield. It's more just poor corrosion protection and design by Ford. Poke at it, get a little handheld sandblaster, and start getting to it. Hopefully it's not too far gone.

    New tools you've bought recently?

Decided to try out the icon version of these flush side cutters while i waited for my snapon pair to be warrantied. The edge doesn't hold up as well, and they're not as pointy, but they did the job i bought them for, which is pulling upholstery staples. Now i just need to not let my "boss" use...
