what would be the better plugs to run in a 1989 2.9 with 99,000 miles on it?

i just replaced mt fuel preesure regulator,it had gas in the vac line, it still missing at idol, what could that have caused to make it miss? 1989 ranger 2.9 4wd 5 spd........thanx for any info

my 1989 2.9 turns over a lot more than it should when its cold,also smell gas, it runs rough until i rev it 1 time .when i have been driving it ,it cranks right up an runs smooth....any 1 know what this problem could be?, new tps,idol solinoid,fuel pump, gas filter.......thanx for any info

i just put a new actuator on my drivers door and it only works if i pull up are push down lightly, i have tried all adjustments and same thing happens, nothing seems in a bind.......any ideas?, thanks......1989 ford ranger

i have a 94 b4000, cruise does not work, i replaced the speed sensor, has power ,has vac, does not light on dash either........any ideas?......thanx
