Serpentine idler pulley
Got a 94 3.0 ranger with 180K on it. Idler and tensioner have never been changed. Bought a new idler (Dayco 89003-only thing available anywhere) but it is 1/2 inch smaller than the original. Looks like it might not be a problem but the tensioner will have to take up more belt. Has anybody else...- LAJ
