1994 mazda b3000 code 116 & 513
I have a 1994 mazda b3000 that will crank but not turn over have a code 116 & 513 the 513 is high voltage failure in PCM I'm getting spark & fuel used starting fluid still nothing spark plugs good put new cap & rotor is the PCM bad any info appreciated- Richard jacobsen
