Has anyone swapped a 4.0 sohc with a 4.0 ohv? I know some say I need to swap with a V8, but I don't have the space for a donor vehicle. And I don't care about less HP.

I was pulling the fuel injectors out of my 2004 4.0 and this plastic piece came out with one of them. What is it, and how do I fix it?

I would like to install a Ford Mach 300 radio in my 2004 Ranger. Has anyone tried to do this? I have the wiring harness to the mach 300. I would think all I have to do is match up the correct wires?
