I know the fuel filler neck has a small crack in it so when I fill the tank to fill it leaks a small bit like maybe a few drops but nothing major. Maybe that??
So then what do you think would cause my issue? It’s a 92 2.3l that runs good until it’s at about half a tank of gas then it starts sputtering and spitting and hesitating like it’s not getting fuel but as soon as I pull over to fill it back up to fill it runs great again…
so if there was a disconnect in between the small line and the charcoal canister it would cause the truck to sputter and act as if it’s not getting fuel?
