Since power to the fuel pump comes from the fuel pump relay... I would start diagnostics there.
For it to run constantly... I would think either the relay is stuck closed... or the fuel pump power wire is somehow shorted to B+.

I did buy an X Bull... I bought the 10k version. I was going to buy that 13.5k X Bull... but the other was on sale cheap. I had lots to buy and cheaper made better financial sense in the moment.
